Evenings Mon–Fri 5–9pm · Saturdays 8am–5pm. Daytimes the owner is still at the GM dealership; evenings and weekends the shop is open.
Do you work on all makes? +
Yes. Fords are the specialty by preference, but every make is welcome. Ten-plus years of dealer-level experience on GM platforms, plus solid experience on Ford, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Dodge, and Jeep.
Do you take walk-ins? +
Scheduled work gets priority. For diagnostics or small jobs we'll usually fit you in — call first so we can confirm.
How are your prices compared to the dealer? +
Labor rate is lower. Parts markup is lower. For most common repairs you'll save 30–50% versus dealer pricing. Same parts, same procedure, smaller invoice.
Do you warranty your work? +
Yes — parts and labor, with terms depending on the repair. We'll put it in writing on the invoice.
Do you offer pickup / drop-off? +
Case by case within the Cynthiana area. Ask when you call.
How do I pay? +
Cash, card, or check. No online billing portal — it's a small shop.
